Summary:
We are seeking a Bistrack System Administrator to join our team to assist in implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our ERP systems. This role is pivotal in supporting our Epicor Bistrack team in supporting our end users, system process improvement, and assisting multiple departments in their understanding of our systems. Reporting to the Director of ERP Strategy & Transformation, you will help in the implementation and integration of the technology solutions that align with Remuda Buildings goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for Epicor BisTrack end users.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting ERP issues and escalating when needed.
- Maintain system data accuracy (customers, vendors, pricing, items, jobs, etc.)
- Drive process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with data analysis, running, and distributing BisTrack and ad-hoc reporting.
- Act as a first point of contact for common inquiries regarding BisTrack.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Perform day-to-day operational tasks and assignments as required.
- Familiarity with BisTrack manufacturing and kits use/development is an asset.
- Multi-Branch inventory management/operations knowledge is an asset.
The Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate for the BisTrack System Administrator role possesses the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Epicor BisTrack administration or multi-departmental use (Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Logistics and Inventory)
- Experience using BisTrack Mobile
- SQL based Business Intelligence
- Proven track record in ERP support (BisTrack, LBM support, etc.)
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets
- Ability to make timely and responsible decisions, even under pressure.
- Proactive and initiative-driven in team and independent work.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
